Community-Based Care
At RYC, we focus on keeping our clients connected to their communities whenever possible. Local clients with less intensive needs have the option to complete their treatment on an outpatient basis.

This level of care is ideal for clients who are able to maintain personal safety and successfully engage in developmentally appropriate roles at home, school, and within their community.
Levels of Care

At RYC, our community-based care services offer a range of support, including individual, family, and group therapy, school assistance, and case management.

These services are designed for clients transitioning back home after residential treatment or another out-of-home placement, as well as for those who could benefit from care within the community as an alternative to out-of-home treatment.
Intensive Community-Based Care
Intensive Community-Based Care offers comprehensive support throughout the day, including educational assistance both at school and RYC facilities, job support, case management, and clinical or psychiatric services.
This level of care is recommended for clients facing significant and frequent mental health or behavioral challenges that pose a risk to their well-being. It is especially helpful for those with diagnosed psychiatric disorders who are at risk of relapse or may need to transition to a higher level of care if their condition escalates.
Community-Based Care
Community-Based Care options include group therapy sessions, individual meetings with clinicians and psychiatrist, up to four hours a day of education, job skill development, and positive behavioral reinforcement support.
This level of care is recommended for clients who need additional support to engage appropriately in home, work, school, and community settings, and who require more supervision than what is typically available at home or in regular school environments to maintain healthy and safe behaviors.
Clinical-Only Care
Clinical-Only Care is designed for clients who meet with a clinician and/or psychiatrist for ongoing support.
This level of care is suitable for clients who are able to maintain personal safety and function in developmentally appropriate roles at home, school, and within their community.
