Residential Youth Care, Inc. is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Case Management Supervisor. The position oversees case management services, supervises case managers, and manages and maintains clinical service systems within the agency. The Case Management Supervisor works closely with RYC's CEO, Clinical Director, QA Ninja, and Residential Supervisors to best for provide care for adolescents in residential treatment programs and RYC services, and their families. The Case Manager Lead will participate in staff training and development, and represent the agency in the community and with other agencies as part of the management of RYC.

Annual Pay: $27.00-$33.00/hr DOE

Major Areas of Responsibility Include:
- Supervision of Case Management department
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well as a team and independently, as job duties require
- Ability to implement coping strategies and conflict resolution skills in potentially volatile situations
Primary Objectives:
- Supervise Case Managers, Intake Specialist and Scheduling Specialist
- Interview, train, and provide orientation for new employees
- Lead and facilitate weekly case management meeting
- Give performance reviews and evaluations for intake and scheduling specialists and case managers
- Delegation of client assignment to case manager case loads
- Supervise scheduling of monthly treatment team meetings per agency best practice
- On-call weekend CM needs (i.e., unexpected intakes, daily note needs, etc.)
- Supervise staff attendance/availability for fill in throughout CM office
- Provide case management services to clients and families of RYC, including but not limited to coordinating the delivery of individualized treatment & services, scheduling appointments, meetings, communicating (written & verbal) with treatment team members, facilitating treatment team meetings, providing general linkage and support
- Participate in the development of treatment plans based on problem areas identified in behavioral health assessments, and facilitate the development of the treatment goals with client and directing clinician
- Maintain and update all required paperwork and documentation, including but not limited to client note templates, treatment plan reviews, status change forms, transition and discharge summaries,
- Maintain internal and external databases through regular data entry and updating
- Attend and participate in required agency meetings, effectively communicating relevant information
- Abide by federal and state regulations, and adhere strictly to agency policy and procedures to meet or exceed licensing, auditing, and accreditation standards
- Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold professional ethics in all practices and procedures
- Other job duties to be assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- 21 years of age or older.
- Valid Alaska Drivers License
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and computers, including word processing and email
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Experience in Human Services preferred
