Residential Youth Care (RYC) is behavioral health provider that offers community-based residential and outpatient clinical and therapeutic rehabilitation services to severely emotionally disturbed youth ages 10-19 experiencing a variety of emotional/behavioral disturbances and/or functional impairments in the home, school, and/or community.
RYC offers both short-term and long-term residential programs, therapeutic foster care, family services, and out-patient/aftercare services, as well as emergency shelter services to youth and families in crisis.

RYC approaches youth at risk and their families using a Kitchen Table approach: sitting down at the table to make treatment goals, decisions, and progress together. RYC has three primary focuses that underlie all programs and services:
